I had an outstanding home-buying experience with D.R. Horton. From the start, Neetu and Bailey were incredibly patient, answering all our questions and making the entire process feel seamless. It’s no exaggeration to say that their efforts made us feel comfortable and confident in finalizing our decision. After the purchase, Michael and Cullen, the amazing superintendents, were always just a call away, quickly resolving any issues. What really stood out was Cullen—he not only tackled our concerns but also went the extra mile by offering his help in installing a few things as a friendly gesture. It made us feel truly valued as homeowners. I really appreciate it.

Michael, the builder was amazing with us. Very professional, takes time to explain all the steps. He definitely knows the business and has a positive attitude. We are extremely happy with our purchase, we do firmly recommend Dr Horton.

We moved here from Florida and didnt know what to expect! Im beyond happy with our new D.R. Horton home! Bailey went out of his way to make sure we were happy and got what we needed. He checked in with is several times to see how we were doing. Cullen is an amazing Superintendent and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! He even did some of the work himself and takes care of everything almost immediately! Cullen definitely takes pride in his work. Everyone in the finance and closing were super nice and helpful as well! We definitely received 5 star customer service!!!!

I am a Sales Consultant and work for Centex homes in San Antonio. My husband and I looked in this community for a Second home for us and for our son to use during college at Texas A&M. Bailey at DR Horton was so communicative and helpful. He took time with information needed prior to appointment and while we were there. His knowledge of the area, other builders and other locations was spot on. Use Bailey when going to this community, I understandhis work and he is wonderful!

I bought a D R Horton home in Southern Pointe. I have interacted with Bailey Bledsoe, Eric and Cullen Cadena. They have provided excellent after sales service. Cullen has been extremely time responsive on a number of minor issues such as plumbing, electrical and garage door. Bailey and Eric have also provided great support in the first week. D R Horton appears to have assembled a good team here in Southern Pointe.

The people we spoke with are friendly and knowledgeable. We learned tons on the housing market and the different options available that will best suite our needs.
