We met Dan prior to buying our home. I was grateful he was willing to meet on a Sunday afternoon as I live out of town, and had a limited amount of time. We had a long conversation and by the end of our talk I knew he was a man of his word and knew if I was going to buy a home in Lubbock it would be from Dan Wilson. The process has been seamless and the follow up and follow through from Dan and his team has been nothing like I have ever experienced.! I have always felt I can judge a persons character...this experience has made me feel like an expert in character judgement. I now know I made a great decision as Southern Homes has been a phenomenal company to deal with. I can honestly say, Dan and his team are the most professional and caring home builders that I have done business with, this is our 6th home.I will happily speak to you in person regarding my experience if you want to contact me. Dan is the most analytical builder I have met. While there are still surprises during building any home, he minimizes them by communicating things in advance as often as he can. -
