Billy with warranty is amazing. We’ve been in our home 11 months and recently did our 10 month walk through. Billy was amazing. Anytime I reach out with a concern he would respond by the next business day. He also has the contractors call me same day. He provides excellent guidance on maintenance tips, goes above and beyond, maintains excellent documentation and overall is a kind person. He gets extra bonus points because he always takes off his shoes. Thanks Billy!!! We greatly appreciate everything!

Brennon Reiling is the MVP! He handled an issue pertaining to my landscaping and drainage within my background. My had ran out and I called the warranty number and left a voice message. A few hours later Brennon gave me a call and the next day he came to my home identified the issue and within less than a week my situation was handled. He stood by his word and I was really appreciative. I would refer David Weekly to anyone?

I just closed of Monday and I waited purposely to write this review. Ms. Carla Sanders and Mr. Brent Martin are the dream team! They are amazing! Efficient, honest, excellent communicators and phenomenal human beings and spirits overall. Buying a home is no easy feat and they made my process seamless! I will be forever grateful for them. David Weekley has gold in the 2 of them!!! I’ve said it several times and I’m sure there are more to come but here is 1 more! Thank you!!!

My family and I visited David Weekley model home just to inquire about current pricing in the community.The model was extremely busy and they were renovating their kitchen also. We expected to go in, look around, get a packet and leave just like we did in all the other models. Well, not at this house.We had the most warm and pleasant experience at the David Weekley South Pointe Model. A young lady by the name of Carla helped us. It was pure professionalism with a touch of southern hospitality from the moment she said hello. We walked in that place not sure if we could afford a new construction home and we left with high esteem, a plan and our builder! Thank you Carla for taking the time to educate us and for treating us like decent humans. We will not forget it. See you in six months.Morris & Kita

Youll want to choose the right builder and David Weekly is one of the very best!! Just to be sure Youll want to ask a realtor to represent you when choosing your home. I consulted with a buyer who was looking at another builder in this subdivision and shared some of the building practices. The buyer was very appreciative and able to make a solid decision. Our fee is paid by the builder so its in your best interest to work with a Realtor.
