    I have been assisting my client with finding a home in Jarrell, TX. It was off to a rocky start, mainly due to the sales representatives. I would give quite a few of them a 1 star. Luckily, mid way through our journey, we walked into Starlight and found a 5 star sales representative. This gentlemans name is Carlos Reyes. He has been very attentitive and seems to really care about the customers experience. This was a breath of fresh air! My buyer felt very comfortable working with Carlos and was very happy with the price points they offered. Starlight truly has the edge over their competition in this area, just fyi.     We’ve had a great experience working with David Tachie at Starlight Homes. He is responsive to any and all questions asked, goes into detail on everything about our home and has even gone as far as sending us weekly updates on our home! We toured many floor plans and lots with our children and he made sure to offer plenty of snacks and drinks to keep them happy while we discussed all our home buying options. 10 out of 10 recommend working with David!

    Was looking for a home for my clients and ended up finding starlight in Eastwood through David’s social media posts and asked him to contact me for more information. He wasted no time in responding and giving me all the basic information, but he didn’t stop there he went above and beyond to send options that my clients could have, their incentive promotion options that they could have and pictures of every home they had in their budget. He made a very simple, solid and time friendly plan whenever we went out to check out the homes in person and Made my clients and my experience great. It’s rare to find sales representatives like David Tachie that really care about their clients. We even made a YouTube video together featuring one of Starlights Floor Plans! David is one of the best sales representatives I have gotten the pleasure to work with!

    My husband and I were connected with the sweetest New Home Sales Consultant, Malek Dalbik, who has made the process of buying our first home in this community such a smooth process thus far. We went to a couple other new build communities in Jarrell before coming to Sonterra and we werent at all impressed with the customer service. We got the instant impression that we were being looked down upon and that the sales consultants didnt think we could afford their homes. Both times we left quickly, not wanting to waste our time.However, as soon as we stepped into Sonterras front office we were greeted by Malek with a smile, an offer to take a seat, and were offered refreshments. First impressions are important and Malek has absolutely mastered the first impression, and has continued to be just as helpful, courteous, and polite. He was really kind to our realtor as well, who told us he made her right at home while she was waiting for us to get out of traffic on 35. He helped us go over prices and determine which of the floor plans would work best for us, and then took us to see a few different homes. After months of searching he showed us a house we immediately fell in love with. The deal that was being offered was far better than the ones we had seen anywhere else, or with the lender we had been working with, and within less than 24 hours he had us assigned to the house and starting the buying process. My husband and I work odd hours, but even when we have sent emails late in the evening or over the weekend, Malek has responded quickly and has been able to answer every little question that we have. We are so grateful that he is helping us with this stressful process and we are very excited to soon move into our new home! Thank you, Malek! You are the best!

    Starlight was amazing to my boyfriend and I while buying a home. Mainly Bill, he was over the top amazing in helping us figure out which house was good for us. Very caring and respectful. He stuck by our side but never pushed us into buying the house. He always made sure we were comfortable in what we were doing. I HIGHLY recommend starlight homes, I also HIGHLY recommend Bill. We closed on our house last Monday and they have been amazing to this day our house settled and the door needed to be readjusted. They were over at my house the next day and made it quick. Builders are amazing. This place is the best.

    In November 2018 my husband and I decided to explore our options of buying our first home in the Sonterra Community in Texas. We didn’t really know what to expect or how the whole process worked. We tried several different builders that basically told us no but didn’t tell us what we needed to do to be able to qualify to buy a home. My husband happened to stumble into the Starlight Sale’s office and decided to give it a shot. We were very impressed with Starlight Homes and loved the overall treatment of our family during the entire process. Bill Muirhead was amazing and helped us along through this whole process. From the very first time my husband, and then later myself and our children, met him he has made sure were taken care of. We also loved how patient he was when we had to bring our 7 children along with us. Not one time did he get annoyed or frustrated with our big family. Our loan officer, Johnny Escamilla, followed in the footsteps of Bill and continued to uphold the Starlight name. He walked us through every step of the way from the very beginning. He was always very patient and answered all our millions of questions and trust me we had a ton. The loan process overall only took about a month before we were approved. Johnny helped make this entire process as painless as possible. Once we got to our initial walk through, field manager Michael Raine, was also amazing and made sure our home was no less than perfect before we moved in. The entire Starlight team was amazing and when they tell you they will be there with you from start to finish, they mean it. There was never a time where we felt lost in this entire process. The entire Starlight team was always available to answer questions and help us through the home buying process. We are so glad we found Starlight!! A huge thank you to Bill Muirhead, Johnny Escamilla and his entire team, and Michael Raine!! All of you were amazing!!
