In late July 2024, the guest bathroom shower on the second floor of my new home failed during its very first use, causing significant flooding that damaged the ceiling and vents in the living room below. I promptly contacted the warranty department and manager. While the initial response was slow, taking about four weeks and several follow-ups to fix the pipe issue, I’m pleased to share that the management team has since addressed the remaining concerns thoroughly and with much-improved communication.After my initial frustrations, the warranty manager and team took full accountability for the situation. They quickly arranged for the damaged ceiling to be replaced and conducted a thorough inspection to ensure no mold growth had occurred due to the moisture. The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations, and their attention to detail was evident.I appreciate the team’s commitment to making things right and their efforts to improve both their responsiveness and service. It’s reassuring to see the builder stand by their warranty and deliver on their promises. I’m now confident in the home’s condition and grateful for the resolution.

Tyler Goen was incredibly helpful! We went for a spontaneous house tour. Tyler gave us a ton of useful information on the various models, prices, and areas we were interested in. He was well informed and went above and beyond. He showed us 5 homes, revisiting some for a second look and helped us navigate the purchasing process. By the end of our visit we found our dream home and couldn’t be happier.
