We had to have a entire new flooring put in our dining room from the ground up, new subfloor and everything from water damage and Brian did it all in less than 24 hours. He is very kind and respectful of our time. The floor is sturdy and well constructed. I definitely recommend him and if I ever have a home built they will be my go to builder.

Stephen Smith built our new double garage and out door shower, we were so happy with him, his crews and the cost that we used them again after we moved. Stephen then built our triple garage and patio extension at new home. We will always call on him for any future needs and highly recommend his services.

Building a home can be stressful. Choosing the right builder can be more stressful. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service that this company provided from the initial design phase to the move in day. Our home was completely custom, and we had the opportunity to set a budget and utilize Smith Custom Building to guide us along the way. The market for home building services is extremely saturated and we knew we had one chance to get it right. As a customer receiving any service I value professionalism, courtesy, transparency, and a line of open communication. I have personally seen some of the work of this company and how they handle their clientele and I was beyond impressed. While we were searching for our dream build, Smith Custom showed professionalism, fast responses and were more than happy to explain anything we didnt fully understand (first timers). I want to share how great Steve, Brian and Renyl have been to work with. Like any project there are ups and downs, but over all these guys pulled thru in a big way. From the first conversation we had, i told them to expect me to be involved and that i would most likely be difficult to work with and they took it all in stride. From budget talks, plan adjustments, overages, all the talks we had were direct and honest. In the end they always came thru with solutions. We poured foundation in July of 2022 and right now are on the verge of wrapping this project up in April 2023. For a 3000+ sqft custom home that’s unheard of. Any questions or concerns were delt with quickly and they listened to all my concerns as they arose. Since we are close to being finished, there should be no further updates besides finished pics. Thanks again to the Crew!
