We connected with Roger at View Homes in April of this year and after searching through numerous new build communities and comparing vs older/ establish homes, we decided to build through View Homes. The numerous amenities included surprised us (amazon drop box, work bench in garage, AC in garage, smart house, 2 ceiling fans, separate AC unit controls for the master, dog door, storage shelf installed in the garage, etc.) as many other companies we spoke to charged extra for these items. At a baseline, there are several floor plans and color palettes to choose from, and there are so many windows! All of the floor plans are very bright from natural light and very modern. So far the team, especially Roger and Eddy, have been extremely communicative and helpful throughout this process. They are easy to contact and quick to answer questions. They are flexible and kind. We really feel like we are being taken care of. Im surprised by some of the negative reviews here, because we have nothing but positive things to say about View Homes thus far. As we have walked through the community and started to meet our neighbors, they also have nothing but positive things to say. I will update once we move in and get through blue tape/ inspection process!Update: Have lived in our house for about three months now. Eddy and his team did a great job with the build. We have worked with Jimmy, new builder associate with Skybrooke, quite a bit and he has been pleasant , responsive, and quick to fix any issues that have come up (all have been very minor/ cosmetic).So far no big complaints. This was our first home and we were so hesitant and I wished at the time there were more reviews about this community so I could make an informed decision. Overall I feel so lucky to have found this place and so grateful for all the help along the way, especially from Roger, Eddy, and Jimmy.Update: Six months in the home now, no big issues, we love this house. Jimmy continues to be a friendly face/ representation of the builders in the community and has always been quick to respond to our questions and gracious with his time. Some of our good friends are now looking to build in the neighborhood due to the overwhelmingly positive experience that we, and many others, have had here.Update: Over 1 year in now, all warranty issues (again small mostly cosmetic things) were promptly addressed by Curt and the warranty team. Continue to be impressed with this community.
