June 2024 she showed me piece of lot of just dirt which I fell in love and months later she made my dream home a reality. Excellent customer service and exceptional work overall! I am so grateful for Valerie Chaires which was very attentive in helping me with any concern I had and most importantly for helping me find my dream home. She responds to any question you may have in a quick manner and answers promptly to any doubt you may have. I couldn’t be any more content at the moment. SKG provides exactly what they advertise meaning their homes are very well built and amazingly beautiful. Every detail my home has is what I was looking for and I love the fact that it is modern with up to date features. Definitely recommend SKG to anyone seeking to buy a well built home.
