This review is specifically for the remarkable sales rep, Bryan Thomas. During the entire process, Bryan, was always there to answer our questions and point of in the right direction. Dealing with him, we never felt pressured, like with so many other new home reps we dealt with during this process.Bryan is genuine and a good hearted man. We are building a home with Sitterle builders and I wanted to provide information related to their performance. First, the most outstanding building consultant we have ever worked with is Bryan Thomas who is shepherding us through the complex process of building a new home. His insights, suggestions, and obvious attention to our needs and details can only be described as remarkable. His communication skills and his eagerness to provide us information has been stellar and his deep knowledge of the models, features, and design options is extraordinary.Without any hesitation my wife and I would recommend him to any persons interested in building a new home in this great development.As to the company itself, they offer a number of models and they are also very much involved in ensuring the clients satisfaction. We have met the general foreman (Eddie) who presents himself as professional, calm and having a great interest in getting the house built to our specifications. He takes the time to figure out how to place a house where it will have as little disruption to the existing trees as possible. He is consistently involved in all segments of the construction and as busy as he may be he always takes the time to discuss with us any issues regarding the building of the house or property. He and Bryan appear to be in close communication on all aspects of the building project.I believe that any person looking to build a home should strongly consider Sitterle, Bryan and Eddie. If our experience is any proof, future clients will not be disappointed.
