This beautiful community is so well designed and maintained/improved, every time I visit the community, either with potential buyers, or for real estate-related education programs sponsored by Johnson Development, I am always impressed. Between the roads, amenities, schools, and local shopping/dining and conveniences, this community has so many wonderful features, if the area is a good fit for your commute and the community is in your budget, I cant imagine not finding a great property to purchase here. The improved roads in and out of the Sienna area, make getting into the city much easier and faster!

Im not only a resident, but also a local Real Estate Broker. My husband and I couldnt have picked a better community to raise our three children in. From the schools, many parks and pools to a diverse community of neighbors. We love it here.

I knew I wanted to live in Sienna the first time we drove through it because of what the community has to offer. Sienna has incredible amenities, and whenever we have family or guests visit, they feel as if they have arrived at a resort or our very own small town. Sienna reminds me of my hometown in Virgina, where children and families can grow together in the years to come. Sienna has great amenities as well as a great school district. We are really happy with our decision. I am excited to see what else Johnson Development will bring to Sienna.

Sienna is an incredible community! Excellent amenities, schools, neighborhood. They host lots of fun events and activities which brings together the entire community. Big melting pot of different cultures and backgrounds which makes it even more fun to live in! Couldn’t be happier about our decision to move here.

Its nice community so far, but lately the developer, builders are getting GREEDY trying to build apartments, houses wherever they can find open lands in the community by cutting trees. This not only leads to overcrowded schools and reduction in quality of life like traffic, treescapes in the community. This kind of activities maybe of good interest for stores, fast food chains, real-estate agents and even daycare businesses who can make money with crowding, but there will be reduction in overall quality of life unless developer, builders and real estate agents genuinely act to care about this master planned community. Hopefully the recent Harvey flooding will serve as a lesson not to overbuild without a well designed flood mitigation systems in place. It was fortunate that the community levee system was able to handle this time, but a stronger levee system need to be built to avoid any future calamities. It is very important to commit to the quality to make this community Great!!!

Love Sienna! My family and I have lived her for 14 years. There are a number of amenities, waterparks, sportsplex, churches, retail, and very quick access into town via Ft. Bend Tollway! Highly recommend!
