I have worked side by side with the Sharkey family for a couple of years now on the process of buying and building homes in the Lubbock and surrounding areas. From day 1 their entire team is nothing but professional and passionate about what they do, no matter how large or small a project is. They are the most friendly, helpful and down to earth people you will ever have the pleasure of dealing with. They always ensure that from start to finish they use high quality products, that their entire team is meticulous and pays attention to every detail, and that the homeowners are in love with their new dream home. I have seen so many of their builds and can honestly say they are some of the most beautiful, well built houses you could possibly imagine. If I were to ever choose a builder for my own personal house, it would be them.

Never had them build a house for us, but reached out to them about weeds in their lots in our neighborhood. Sharkeys was responsive and reached out to us to discuss. They had someone come by and do a good job of taking care of them. I think thats a good sign if you are looking for a good builder.

My husband and I attended many Parade of Homes thru the years. Lubbock is fortunate to have many fine builders. When it was time to build our forever home we reached out to Sharkey Custom Homes. We met with Jason ma y times getting things “just right”. Construction began in 2020. If you remember at this time it was very difficult to get supples due to the COVID lockdown. Jason and his project manager kept the ball rolling during this difficult time. We moved in June of 2021 and have loved our home.
