I cant say enough about my positive experience with Pulte Homes. Lee James, Sales Consultant, was professional, direct, and always on the other end of the line during the entire process. She invited me several times to call her when I needed to measure a space, for example, and took the time to meet me at the house to unlock it for me cheerfully. It is the little things that truly make a difference when a buyer has a literal sea of builders from which to choose. Eric Hampy, Field Manager, took over where Lee left off to make sure my new home was up to spec. When he could, he let me weigh in on options which was welcomed and unexpected. His attention to detail, which he clearly also asks of his crew, is obvious. The day Spectrum came in for Wi-fi installation there was a hiccup. He was literally there within 10 minutes to find out how he could be part of the solution and accomplished that. He is a professional and clearly a person of integrity which you always hope to find when making such a large financial commitment. He treated me as he would want to be treated were roles reversed. Thank you to Pulte Homes for creating a great experience!

Eric Hampy, the Construction Manager was exceptional. Ive purchased 8 homes in my life, 6 of which were new construction, so Ive dealt with several Construction Managers. Eric is by far the best!! He took care of every detail that needed to be done, no matter how minor it may have been. Every company needs someone like Eric to show the best side of their business. He is a courteous, attentive, efficient, and went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you for having him on board. I might also add the the sales staff -- Lee and Nancy -- are the best in the business also. Answered all my questions.AND AM STILL VERY HAPPY WITH MY PULTE HOME IN SENDERO AT VERAMENDI A YEAR LATER!!!!!

We built our home 3 years ago and Nancy was our sales counselor. The communication we had throughout the process was phenomenal! We had a weekly meeting about the current status which went from the beginning of our build to the end. After we moved in we had some warranty work that had to take place and Chris was in it with US until WE were satisfied. We love our home, We love it in Veramendi and were very glad we chose Pulte!!

After purchasing a few homes here in Verimendi with another builder, I was so impressed with Pulte homes - the other builder, Gehan/Brightlands quality and and their total absence of any pride in there work was disappointing. The quality of my pulte home is exceptional. Great communication from our construction manager, Eric who answer all of our questions and concerns with patience and knowledge. Nancy our salesperson was equally as wonderful and I am sending all my friends looking for a home to see her.

Nancy Campbell, Austin Medley and Evan Schiller are all 10/10 for custom service, honesty, reliability and attention to detail. They walked us through our new home build and made the experience very enjoyable. I would recommend these 3 for any new build .

From sales, to construction, to title; everyone was amazing to work with. the construction environment is a difficult environment right now and they all made the process simple and efficient. Great community and beautiful, quality homes.

My wife and I just bought our first home at Veramendi and we were extremely happy with Pulte. The sales personnel (Nancy) and field manager (Brady) know their job very well and support you through the process. In addition, Pulte had their own mortgage company and the people are also very easy and great to work with. It made the whole process less stressful and actually fun for us. Looking forward to living in Veramendi.

Nancy and Brady were great, very professional, and helpful all along the way. Great communication and kept me informed. Erin and Brandy in the financing department were also amazing and had me cleared to closed two days before closing. That would never happen with a big bank. Great experience and I give everyone an A+ rating!
