Brandon Oliphant has always been a pleasure to work with. If I needed anything he was always there to help out. Also Gage Mitchell holds a very high standard to his builds. He makes sure that everything passes inspection. Its been a pleasure working with him.They are both very professional and knowledgeable at what they do. Couldnt ask for better people to work with.

I recently toured Sculptor’s Park and it was a very pleasant community. The homes appeared to be of excellent quality and the price points are great for the location. Brandon was great and very Knowledgeable of the layouts and area.

What an amazing neighborhood this is going to be! Sculptors Park has exceptional homes going in with horses grazing nearby. Springtown is a great mixture of country life ,with convenience of a short drive time into the DFW area. Our salesman, Brandon Oliphart, has given us extraordinary , professional service throughout our home buying process. We are so excited to watch our home being built, and cant wait until it is completed and we can move in! Come check out this beautiful planned community & be our neighbors!
