Michael Carpenter, our sales representative, maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. My clients found a fantastic home in a lovely community, where they look forward to creating many happy memories. For those interested in living in Boerne, I highly recommend Scott Felder Homes.

I love this community. Its so beautiful! The Amenity Center is awesome! Love the pool! Love what the community offers to their Residents. I met Catrina Lindow who is the sales rep with Scott Felder homes. She gave great service. She really pays attention to her clients needs. She even owns 2 houses in Esparanza. That speaks volume when shes not just selling homes there, she also lives there and raise her family there. Theres no other place like Esparanza in Boerne.
