Scott Felder is building several houses near ours and any issue Ive had with their construction sites or workers have been addressed politely and quickly. We have walked through their homes during construction and they really have a high standard in quality, great customer service and great accountability. Really wish we had chosen Scott Felder over the builder we went through. -

We closed on our house couple of days back and I can say thats its been a great experience. Mike from the Sales team has been amazing from the beginning. He kept us in the loop of what was going on during the construction phase each week. He answered all our questions patiently and as a first time buyer, there were loads of them. Plus, John(our builder) made sure that we were being delivered a quality home. -
