Can’t explain the beauty around these houses in words. To try some, nice mountains and every day sunset view is breathtaking. Peaceful living with near to nature is what in here.

My husband & I enjoyed taking Toutant Beauregard Rd. as a back way from Boerne, returning to the UTSA area, when I was going there for therapy for my hand. My therapist said she lived in one of the subdivisions off of it, so recommended it as a nice drive. It is!The therapist mentioned that Boerne residents quickly email each other, when there is a problem with one of the residents. I think there is a platform for this. When one of her neighbors put a pond in his front yard, Boerne residents acted quickly to take legal action so that the pond would be removed, which I imagine discourages wildlife, insects with diseases, etc.We pass the corner of Toutant Beauregard & Scenic Loop Road fairly often, on our way to Boerne, using Boerne Stage Road. My husband likes a restaurant on that corner.The homes seem nice, but it is an expensive area.We havent actually driven closer than the corner of Toutant Beauregard, Boerne Stage Rd., & Scenic Loop, in a couple of years. If youre looking for a more remote, out-of-the-way location, a neighborhood off Toutant-Beauregard might be just the right fit.We have a daughter who lives in Stagecoach Hills, on Boerne Stage Road (very close). I can tell you the HEB is smaller than the one we normally use, but still plenty big, & there is an Italian restaurant with outside dining very close to it. There are also cozy little eateries along the road that we havent yet experienced.If youre looking for a home in the Texas Hill Country, not far from San Antonio, the homes off Toutant-Beauregard, like these, are probably a must-see.
