We recently finished a remodel of my Master Bedroom and Master Bathroom in my condo. Living on the 15th floor presented some unique challenges for Sardone Construction but they handled them professionally. From the top down they were very professional and did what they said they would. I was very impressed with the design team at Sardone. I gave them my ideas, vision of what I wanted, and they brought them to fruition beyond my expectations. I definitely will use them again for my next project.

We recently engaged Sardone McLain to do a feasibility study on a potential renovation of our home. After a thorough assessment of our property, they went to work and presented us with multiple options a few weeks later. While we ultimately decided not to move forward with a renovation, I am glad we did this preliminary work and I would recommend them to anyone considering doing major work to their house. Stephan, Bryan, and Ayah were all a pleasure to work with, they listened well to what we were trying to achieve, and I never doubted that they had our best interests in mind.

Sardone Construction and our architect worked together to give us our dream kitchen, and a whole lot more. New fireplace, new book case, new floors, and entirely new, expanded kitchen that now opens up into the rest of the house. Four years have passed and I still love it every day.

We worked with Sardone McLain to do a feasibility study for the full remodel of our ranch home. This was a massive project where we looked at the costs of building a second floor onto our ranch home, as well as a full kitchen remodel and converting the master back into a garage. We ultimately did not move forward with construction, as we decided to buy a new home instead of remodel. It was the thorough and thoughtful work of Stephan and the team who provided us with a great feasibility study that enabled us to make that decision to finally buy.They were thorough, patient, detail-oriented, and asked the right probing questions to really help us articulate our wants/needs/aspirations. While we decided not to move forward with construction, I highly recommend this group for your remodel needs.

Ive known Stephan for years through various business groups. So when we made an offer on a mid-modern house in 2021 that clearly needed some love and had quite a bit of prior DIY halfway decent improvements, Sardone Construction was my first call.We scheduled a virtual consultation with Stephan, shared some photos and asked for some help in planning a renovation budget. His clear, direct and honest guidance burst our bubble - but in retrospect probably saved us over $250K in renovations & allowed us to move on to a different purchase. Were so grateful for Stephan talking us out of being a renovation client on that home.Want to do business with someone youll trust and can rely on? Call these folks. I cant say enough good things.

My experience with Sardone Construction was worth every penny. Sardone was able to renovate my kitchen, dining, living spaces, and convert a bedroom into an office space within my budget. The entire process was made as feasible as possible, so as long as I was ready to make decisions. Initial walk through and discussion with Stephan Sardone got my needs communicated and was quick enough for me to return to work sooner than expected. Soon after, Nicole came over to take measurements and listen to my wants, needs, and concerns. When I revisited with Nicole, she had a few options for me to look at, which were all great designs with details I had not even thought of; we combined ideas from the different options to come up with a final design. She was so patient, helpful, and friendly. They worked diligently and allowed me to walk through at any given time. The project, like most projects, had a few issues arise, but Sardone quickly communicated any adjustments to the schedule to ensure construction wasnt completely interrupted. Stephan personally phoned me to address my questions/concerns to satisfaction. Requested change orders did not seem to cause a problem. They worked with me and most importantly with my budget, gave me options, were able to address any and all concerns through the entire process. I couldnt have asked for a better opportunity and I can only hope to work with them again in the future. Forever grateful. Loving and enjoying our home more than ever.

Sardone Construction worked with me on two projects back to back. First, they did some light drywall repair, painting, and installation of some specialty lighting for art in my new home. Second, they did some heavy drywall repair and a complete interior paint job in the home I had just moved out of to prepare it for sale. There were a couple of issues in the final walk through and they came back and made good on the issues immediately. The quality of the work was to my satisfaction and I am a very particular consumer. While I think the two jobs could have been overseen more effectively, overall, I am happy with the work and would not hesitate to hire Sardone Construction again. I do and will continue to recommend them to my friends and clients.

I know I have the same last name, but I am real client. Sardone Construction built the most gorgeous outdoor kitchen, living, oasis we could have ever imagined. The wood burning fireplace is amazing. We really didnt know what to expect as first time clients. They were professional, detailed, and finished the job on time. They cleaned up at the end of each day and their crews were always professional and courteous. Their work is stunning. Im so happy with our brand new outdoor living space. Weve already hired them to remodel our kitchen!

I used Sardone Construction to remodel the entire lower level of my condo. This was a fairly large undertaking which included a total remodel of the bathroom. I was so impressed with my project manager Bryan. He was very meticulous and detail oriented and made sure things were done correctly. All the workers were extremely respectful of me and my home during the renovation process. The final outcome is amazing! We hired Sardone to remodel two baths, build a mudroom addition and a porch. They were always focused on our comfort and satisfaction, as well as doing quality work. Their designs were creative and beautiful. The project went a few weeks long, but largely due to the City of Dallas inspector delays. I would hire them again and recommend them highly!

I had the pleasure of being introduced to Stephan Sardone via a mutual friend last year while I was building my tiny house on wheels. Stephan was enthusiastic about my project and was easy to communicate with, via phone, email and text - he never left me wondering where we stood and therefore we never had wasted time. He came to my build site and we had a great consultation about the best configurations of my obviously very tiny space. He had innovative ideas and suggestions - for his first tiny house! His crew helped me with my big porch beams as a favor - so generous with his time and talents. I so enjoyed my time working with him, and I hope to have future projects with him and his amazing crew!

Weve been working with Sardone to develop a master plan for the expansion of our office in anticipation of rapid growth. Sardone has been helpful in getting us to look at the root our needs to design a perfect solution rather than getting tied up in the literals of what we were asking for. The result is a design we like with the functionality that is more than we could imagine ourselves. Along the way, multiple pop up projects have come up, and Sardone has been super quick, responsive and very reasonably priced to get the work done without having to find some guy that might or might not show up and than might or might not be trustworthy. Dont waste your time with some guy.. call Sardone.

We had a few little projects we needed done around the house and had Stephan come out to consult. He was willing to meet me at 7am (on his birthday, I found out later) with his master carpenter to review our situation and discuss our needs. He gave us some great suggestions for projects we should and should NOT take on in regard to future resale value and in consideration of how long we’d be in the house. At the end of the day, the projects we undertook were too small to necessitate a GC and Stephan gladly referred us to a couple of his subs directly. We are now a year or two away from considering a possible home addition and Sardone Construction tops our list if & when it comes time to find a contractor. Stephan’s integrity is as good as it gets and I’d trust him to get the job done right.

Stephan is a great person who works extremely hard for his clients. I sadly was not able to go forth with renovations due to complications that had nothing to do with Stephan or his team. He worked really hard to assist me in securing the project, he did what he could to help me with issues that were arising. He was very patient with my complicated situation and was truly professional. If I ever have the opportunity for renovations, he is going to be my guy!

I did not actually use this contractor. We had a very small closet job. Like 2k. Most of the contractors we called either would not take the job because it was so small, or were booked up for months. I probably called 20 different companies trying to find someone. All turned me down. These guys turned the job down as well, but gave me the names of several subcontractors they use that would take a small job. One of them accepted the work and had the job done under budget and in less time than estimated. So very appreciative of this company for the recommendation.
