We bought our home from Santana as a new build, and it was well worth it. We have never had a home that was as well-insulated; no drafts around either windows or doors, and the garage is fully insulated and well-sealed. This has made a huge difference in our comfort level at home as well as in our energy bills, we are paying a lot less every month. There were a few issues, like we expected with a new home, but Fernie was excellent at getting them addressed very quickly. There was an issue with the tub drain, and he had a crew there fixing it in less than 12 hours -- and it was over a holiday! We are very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

VERY HAPPY with my house. Good quality of materials used. Very helpful and accessible to my personal needs. Totally recommend Fernandos work!!! It did take them longer than expected to deliver (because of Covid issues) but totally worth the wait. Highly recommended.
