My wife and I built during a tough time for supply chain, and signed the contract with that understanding. There was some set backs along the way, however, the Sandlin team did everything in their power to finish out our house and kept in constant communication.Upon final walk there was several small items that needed to be addressed, in which Stephen Sandlin and his team jumped on asap so we can lock our rate (with rising interest rates).As with all builders and construction there will be various items that will arise, however, it is how the builder/superintendent handle the situation and respond.Would highly recommend Sandlin and are very happy with how everything turned out in the end, even though there was some delays! -

There were a few bumps along the way during the construction of our home with Sandlin homes. But overall we are still very happy and very impressed with the style and quality of home that we got as well as it being a great value. -
