Our experience with Sandlin homes has been top notch. It started with Brandy West, our sales rep. She is so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. She kept up updated on our home building process every week. Throughout our building time with her, she took the time to get to know us personally and still checks in on us today. The builder, Jerrod, is also a stand up guy. He explained all of the ins and outs of the process as we went along. He answered my incessant questions and never made me feel like a nuisance. Lynn in warranty is also fantastic. She is extremely helpful and friendly. Building with Sandlin was honestly an enjoyable experience. We felt like we’ve made friends with our Sandlin team, not just dealing with people who want to make money and move on from you.

As a local Realtor I have worked with Sandlin Homes in Joshua Meadows on multiple occasions. Sandlin builds a quality home with great use of square footage. Joshua Meadows is an amazing family friendly neighborhood tucked away in its own little corner of Joshua. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience! I’m a person who goes into everything with super high expectations and am often disappointed. Wow, was that not the case this time. Driving into the set-off neighborhood is like falling into a warm embrace. It’s quiet, it’s cozy, it immediately felt like home even before it was our home. The pillar of our experience, the rock that we could lean on through the entire buying experience was Brandy. “What’s the dimensions for the refrigerator?” I sent her as a text out of nowhere. “Give me a couple of minutes and I’ll tell you,” was her reply. She drove to the house with a tape measurer! Who does that?? And we are now living in our dream house. We are a part of a neighborhood, but we are able to wake up, sit on our back porch and watch mooing cows drink from a pond on the other side of our trees (our forest, we call it). The buying process was quick and we felt like everyone in the process just wanted us to feel comfortable and be in the house that we deserve. There are still some empty lots around us. Hurry up before they are gone and be our neighbor!!

Mrs. Brandy West I could write a book about this woman. She’s was so amazing and informative throughout my entire home buying process. When I wanted to give up because as you know buying a home can be very stressful, her words of encouragement and the resources she provided help me walk across the finish line. When I first met her we viewed 7 different homes and the excitement from house to house you would think she walked into that home for the first time. Her knowledge about the neighborhood as well as the builders help me and made me want to close on my home sooner. Brandy West is a very special lady and I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for all of her help and support!!!

Beautiful homes w nice sized lots . Brandy West is one of those sales reps that gives you that old-school salespersons attention. we all miss these days .. love her !! .... only about 45 lots available. Go have a look before they are gone. Even our mayor lives here . Beautiful sites 10 minnfrom the tollway to get you were you need to go.. check them out before they are gone... A new phase is on its way in cleburne also. Ask Brandy for more info on both .. You are sure to find that home you have been looking for away from the hustle and bustle .. Brandy is awesome !!

Brandy went above and beyond in 108 degree heat to make sure we saw every house that interested us and made sure we did not leave until all of our questions were answered. Her customer service skills were on point. It wasn’t until we were leaving that I realized we held her up and she was no longer technically “open” yet we never felt rushed or that we were inconveniencing her in any way. Fantastic!
