Sanderson built a home for my family ❤️ over 15 years ago and to this day we absolutely love it! It was built with a lot of detail and attention from Brett and Bryan. They were so flexible with the changes we wanted and went above and beyond with recommendations and top quality. We are blessed to have been given the opportunity to not only have a working relationship with them but to have them as friends. They are amazing men and they truly care.

We bought our Sanderson home 7 years ago. This home was built with care, attention to detail and is a quality built home. I have lived in 5 states and have owned 6 houses. Our Sanderson home is the best quality home that I have ever owned. The Sanderson development layout has created an excellent neighborhood. Also, The Sanderson Representative has always been attentive and responsive to our questions, needs and makes things happen.

Sanderson Custom Homes built my home from the vacant lot up. They tackled the exceptionally difficult process of obtaining a plat from the City when no other builder would. Although construction started during the height of the COVID pandemic, they ensured work was completed to standard and worked diligently to keep the process timely. Even 2 years after the house was completed, they continue to respond to my inquiries in a speedy and courteous manner. I love my beautiful, comfortable Sanderson Home, and recommend this builder to anyone who wants a great custom home!
