Working with Melvin has been an excellent experience. I would recommend him to my friends and family. Melvin and his crew came out.they were very polite. Melvin explain everything step by step. Respond quickly to every question and concern. The work was complete in a timely manner. Melvin went above and beyond out to make sure that I was pleased with the work. All debris was cleared. On the final walk through he reviewed the completed work and answered all of my questions. Melvin is a very nice and easy to work with.

Mr. Melvin Sanchez and his team provided excellent services for foundation repair on our house. Like many other people, we got several quotes from different contractors prior to working with Melvin. Many which were extremely out of budget and seemed unreliable. From the start, Melvin explained everything in detail including the cost, duration of project, potential issues, and answered all of our questions! Melvin and his crew were very respectful, knocked anytime they needed to enter the house, and even took off their shoes before entering to avoid bringing in dirt/mud inside our home. Melvin has a great attitude, sense of humor and most importantly work ethic. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Sanchez Foundation Repair!

As many of us can relate, we were heavily affected by Hurricane Harvey. We initially saw these men working on a home around the corner from our place so we decided to call them for their service in leveling our home. Our floors prior to him starting were very uneven. We had a huge hump in the middle of our living room along with plumbing & electrical issues throughout our 30 year old home. He came in very professional & gave us detailed quote right away. As soon as we gave him the green light, his crew started working right away. Melvin, the owner, explained everything he planned to do very thoroughly in Spanish & English. He kept all of his promises & actually went above & beyond what he quoted us for. He runs his crew very well. Crew is very respectful & will not do anything without your permission. Overall it took them roughly 4 days to finish & we COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPIER! A+ to you & your crew Melvin! My property was leveled by Sanchez Foundation, and they exceeded my expectations. Malvin Sanchez (Owner) was very professional and gave me a great price. He was always in contact with me, explained the process, and was very prompt to return my calls. Everything was done on schedule and could not be happier with the results. My house is leveled and looks great. I have another property that needs leveling and will have Sanchez foundation do the work. Thank you Melvin for the great job you and your team did for my home.

I used Sanchez Foundation and Leveling to level my 2000 sq foot home. He quoted me at a very good price, and beat all other quotes. He started the job the day he said he would. He explained every potential issue before starting and made sure that we were satisfied with the work. I didnt really know how much of the wood that was under my home needed to be replaced, until he showed me. All the other companies who came to give me an estimate didnt explain what they were going to do and just gave me an estimate that i didnt understand. He lifted my house to the highest point which was between 4 to 6 inches. His employees are very respectable. They would not enter the home without permission from the owner and Melvin (Owner). I felt completely comfortable leaving my home unsupervised while they completed the job. Very trustworthy. They went abovd and beyond to keep us happy, and i would recommend them to anyone who needs their foundation worked on.

My wife and I just bought a house in the Heights and needed to get our house leveled. I got several quotes from some of the larger foundation companies in Houston but they were really expensive and not very responsive.I read a lot of great reviews online about Sanchez Foundation Repair and House Leveling, so I gave them a call. They came out to our house right away and gave me a quote that day (very fair price compared to the larger companies), and put us on the schedule for the next week. Melvin and his crew did an outstanding job, they completed the work on time and on budget.I highly recommend Sanchez Foundation Repair...honest, hard-working, affordable quality work.
