Russell and his team did an AMAZING job constructing our new custom home in Lake Ridge Ranch. We did LOTS of research on finding the best custom home builder in Del Rio and are 100% satisfied with Rough Canyon Builders. They are absolutely the best in the area. We enthusiastically recommend Rough Canyon Builders and give them 5 STARS. We love our beautiful home!

We built a custom home with Rough Canyon Builders and couldn’t be happier. Not only did our home turn out better than we could have imagined, but Russell and his team helped us every step of the way. My fiancé is law enforcement and was stationed across the country for the majority of the building process, so as a first time home owner/builder there was a lot to figure out. That being said, Russell took the time and consideration to address all of our questions and concerns. We are so happy with our experience and would HIGHLY recommend Rough Canyon Builders to anyone looking to build their dream home!!!

I want to thank Russell Faulkner with Rough Canyon Builders for making our dream come true. We spent the first Christmas in our new custom home that Russell Faulkner and his crew built. We are so pleased with the excellent craftsmanship and pride Russell and his crew put into building our custom home. We had a small issue with our microwave vent and Russell dropped what he was working on and came immediately to take care of the problem. Not only as our builder Russell has become a good friend. I highly recommend Rough Canyon Builders for your new custom home.

There are no words to describe the dedication and effort that Russell put into building our dream home. He took what we had pictured in our heads and place it on paper, then turned it into nothing short of art work. This was the smoothest process I think I have ever experienced. For a first time home builders I had tons of questions and concerns but he would answer anything and everything I could come up with. Russell made the whole experience fill very open and inviting not like just another house he had to build. Russell and his team do fabulous work no corners were cut. I could not be happier with the finished product. If for some reason I was needing another house built he would be my first call no questions asked. I’m great full for the work Russell did which was amazing. You cannot go wrong if you decide to use Rough Canyon Builder to build your dream home it would be the smartest decision you’ve ever made. Thanks again Russell I’m glad to call you my go to contract and a good friend.

If it wasnt for Russell Faulkner of Rough Canyon Builders, I would not be living in this beautiful home. He trusted me and provided me the opportunity to buy the house after a 3 month delay due to my work probationary period and for that I am extremely grateful. I know he had other buyers in line but he knew how much we really loved the home, Thank You Russell. He has still kept in contact with me and always lets us know if there is any problems with the house to let him know. I definitely recommend Rough Canyon Builders, quality work from a Peoples Contractor, Glad to call him my neighbor.

We were 1st time builders and had no idea where to start. All the advise I had in mind was that I needed to trust my builder. After weeks of contemplating if Rough Canyon Builders was the right pick, it proved to be true. Although I am somewhat of a skeptic, my husband and I could see the personal investment that Russell took on as he began to build our dream home; like as if it was his dream home too. I have always been the type to expect the worst and hope for the best. But through the whole process of building, the worst never happened. After living in Del Rio for 11+ years I have dealt with my fair share of incompetence. I couldnt be more pleased the with multiple experiences I have had with Rough Canyon Builders. Russell is very thorough and easy to work with. He has high standards of perfection and sees a job completed correctly from start to the finishing touches. I only wish I had known about him 9 years ago when we built our house. I curse my incompetent builder daily! You wont be sorry when dealing with Rough Canyon Builders!!

Very professional. Provided excellent advice and ideas in making our vision of our Boat garage come true. Construction employees were courteous and efficient. Rough Canyon builders handled the construction of our home from start to finish. From helping with surveying a site to build to final finish and handing over the keys. Everything was painless. We are extremely happy with the quality and workmanship. One of the rare things we have found is a contractor that is not only on budget but also on schedule. Rough Canyon builders exceeded our expectations and the home has become the talk of the area.This home had many special features that are not normal from a large solar system, the a completely self contained rainwater catchment supply instead of installing a well. High end appliances, tank-less water heater, and even a safe room concealed within the home. Nothing we threw at this contractor was a problem.Rough Canyon Builders adjusted to our continual Spec Creep and still finished the project on time. This is our forever home BUT if we ever built again we would certainly use Rough Canyon Builders again without reservation.Every project of this size has small hiccups. We had a floor issue and Russell and his crew not only fixed it but actually upgraded the floor at no expense to us. This is the mark of a builder that puts the customer first and is proud of his work. Our beautiful shows his expertise and care in spades.For our money, there is no one else that could have delivered like Rough Canyon Builders did. We are so grateful we chose them. With all the horror stories you hear about building a home and contractors being substandard, we were so lucky we picked the right builder and none of those worries ever materialized. Truly an easy project for us. All we had to do was sit back and watch the progress as our home took shape.
