We were nervous to buy our house because of the negative reviews, which all seem to concern the same home and friends of the owners of that home. We bought a RE house two years ago and have loved it. RE stood by his work and any issue we found (which will always happen w new construction) his team came and fixed immediately. The house is beautiful, the details are high end, and except for the few initial issues (all of which were immediately fixed), we have had no problems and have LOVED our house. When I read these bad reviews, I feel like Iβm reading about a completely different builder. We own in the Peter Pan park area and I am happy to talk to anyone in person about our experience, which, 2 years in, has been excellent. We feel like we got a beautiful, carefully designed, high end home, which RE stood behind 100%. We would absolutely buy another RE home. -
