Today my wife and I went to the open house in Sebastian Texas and we were blown away on how beautifully designed it was. My wife and I are almost ready to build our first home and I strongly believe RK Holmes will be our Builder. Beautiful homes, friendly service and I could tell they really love what they do. If you are looking to build, I highly recommend Kim and her team. All the homes are built to your own customization. Great customer service and make the process very easy.

In these uniquely challenging times there are many obstacles to selling a house, and were so happy to have chosen to work with Nancy and Andrew at RK Homes to guide us through that minefield. We received fabulous advice, insight and service throughout the entire process. When COVID hit, our listing did get delayed, along with everyone elses, but when we were allowed to proceed, RK Homes worked tirelessly to get us first into the market, seamlessly integrating the new showing protocols etc. into their service.
