When I came to take a look at the new neighborhood, River’s Edge, Katie met me with a big smile and immense knowledge of the homes and processes within the development! She quickly showed me the house I was interested in and I knew right away that I wanted to be a part of this community and that this was the house I had been looking for! Katie kept me updated at every stage of the build, answered all of my questions, and was as excited as me to get to closing and pass me the keys to my new home. And it doesn’t stop there… Katie continues to help with anything I need, even after moving in!!! She is an amazing asset to anyone looking for a home and I highly recommend this new development - River’s Edge!! It’s beautiful here! Ask for Katie when you come out… you’ll be glad you did!!

I love living here. It is a really nice neighborhood. Has a nice path to walk and side walks with lights. Please turn the lights on at night. It would be so nice if the pool was open.

This community is a gem!! Taking the short drive down Old Conroe Rd. was worth it to discover Rivers Edge. The amenities are worthy of 5-stars, the pricing is hard to beat when factoring in The Woodlands schools. The sales rep, Katie Mingino, is the best to do what she does and I highly recommend her to be your new home guide!
