Amazing home builder in Prosper Texas at Legacy Gardens! They have amazing amenities in this community such as an amenity center that has work spaces, event hosting areas, gym and a beautiful pool just outside! Risland homes new model home is jaw dropping. Beautiful Home Layout. Spoke with a Sales Counselor we talked about prices. They answered all my inquires to the best of their knowledge and professionally.

This builder only builds the high quality homes with the good customer service. Most of their layouts are functional and the sales team always keeps client on the same page for the construction progress.

I am leaving a review in just working with Wendi on Risland Homes in Mantua property. Of all the builders we have toured visiting Risland and meeting with Wendi was the easiest. She made the process smooth and every question we had she answered with any documentation as well. Some other sales people were condescending and just not accomodating. Wendi is complete opposite and just made the process exciting. If you are looking for homes, you need to check out Mantua, Risland homes.

My husband and I looked at over 200 homes and about 50 builders and none can compare to the service or quality that we are honored to now own. Our house is perfect in every way and the purchase process was seamless. Jian Payne was our sales counselor and she was communicative, and very knowledgeable. She answered every question with promptness and we felt like we were a priority. We are over the moon with our purchase and can’t say enough how grateful and blessed we are to be a part of the Risland Family. Don’t question if you should buy a Risland, the only question you should ask is why didn’t I own one sooner.

We just bought a Risland home in Prosper, Texas. I really can’t say enough great things about the builder, the sales team and the design team. They treat you like family throughout the entire process and their finishes are the best. They are currently building in Legacy Gardens on 80’ front homesites. I would give them a look if in the market for a new home.
