Ray and his Rehab Squad team were a pleasure to work with and did a great job with our renovation. We had a pipe burst on the first floor of our Dallas townhome during the February winter storm that ruined everything on the first floor - furniture, floors, walls, cabinets. A different company was used for the initial emergency tear out of the walls and floors, but more work was still needed, plus a full renovation. By the time we were referred to Ray and his team they were already booked solid due to all of the work needed across DFW but they fit us into their busy schedule. And thank goodness they did. Ray plus his team who would be managing the project day to day as well as negotiating with insurance on our behalf all met us on the first day to assess the damage, walk us through the process including dealing with insurance, and giving us a head’s up on potential challenges and timing. This was great because we have never been through a renovation or an insurance claim before. They then had a team pack out all of our remaining furniture and appliances, take it to storage, and get to work on finishing the tear out. It was also nice to know we had a team helping work on our behalf to negotiate with insurance, and they took care of everything in that regard. They set up a WhatsApp group to keep us up to date on the status of the project, insurance negotiations, and to ask us questions when they needed decisions from us (such as which cabinets we wanted, paint colors, and flooring selections). They provided guidance and suggestions where needed, since again, we’ve never been through this process before. They initially told us it would be around 4 months to complete all of the work because of the high demand on labor and materials in DFW and the project was finished right on time. The team took care of moving furniture and appliances back as well as having our house professionally cleaned once everything was complete. Ray and his team provided a 5 star experience for our project. We have since purchased a new home and look forward to working Ray and team on future projects at the new property.
