Kevin and his team are top notch. Amazing communication throughout the entire renovation process. They are timely, professional, and take absolute pride in every detail from start to finish. Every trade person that entered our home was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They listened to our vision and delivered it better than we could have imagined. We have done several renovations over the years at different properties; Refresh Renovations was hands down the most easy, smooth, professional and worry free project we have ever experienced! Highly recommend Kevin and his team. We will ONLY be using them for all future home projects! We were not disappointed!

Very happy with the work from Refresh Renovations on a primary suite remodel with massive updates to the bathroom / laundry space. I live in an historic building converted to condos which presented several unique surprises in the walls. The excellent pre-planning and coordination with my building manager and HOA made this project super easy for me with little disruption.

What an incredible experience. After a traumatic family issue to my son, Kevin and his team came in and made some very necessary upgrades to my home. It was handled very professionally and the work is fantastic. I would highly recommend this company for any home remodeling/building needs!

Kevin was terrific. He absolutely works for the client. My wife and I spent nearly 5 years unable to make any progress with our remodeling project. Kevin helped us figure out what we wanted to do when we didn’t even know it for ourselves. While others we had met were of the salesman style - trying to convince you that you would like what they were offering; Kevin was truly working for our interests- patiently listening, asking questions, and getting to know us in subtle ways that allow him to help us figure things out that we couldn’t tell him on our own. Remodeling these days is so expensive and Refresh renovations has put us on a path that we are confident will be money well spent. I honestly can’t see us in this position without Kevin. 5 stars or higher if I could.

A fine, professional project. I especially like their business-like approach to residential renovations. They apply standard construction practices to residential work: plans, schedules, budgets, contracts and so forth. My project was slower than I would have wished, but thats the nature of construction. They provided innovative solutions and products, and really got down deep into the details of the job.

Everyone that I had the pleasure of dealing with were very friendly and professional. If I ever had a concern with anything they rectified the problem immediately. They are a very honest dependable company which is rare these days.
