There is a good chance are you are scrolling reading all these reviews because you are doing your due diligence in selecting the best builder to build your home. We were there not too long ago. A top priority on our list was that we wanted a builder that was just not going to build a house for us but a home. Russ Davis Homes team was a perfect match for us. From the beginning it was apparent they are a team that has core values, integrity and are transparent every step of the home building process. They are a team that lets their work ethic and finish product speak for itself. This team will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. My family and I came to visit the Waco area in October of 2020 to relocate and buy/build a home. I knew the Russ Davis type of builds very well based on my online house seeking from different sites. Our realtor set us up to meet the RD team to talk about a build - 2 weeks later, we signed on to start building our new home. We were relocating from CA to Waco, and everything we selected was done online or with Brandon and team over the phone. Talk about overwhelming, especially at the height of the pandemic. Were there hiccups? Yes. Did everything run flawlessly? Not always, but the communication was top notch, and they had a great team that would consistently update me on changes or pictures of the house. Looking back, the main things we came across were due to supply chain issues, which the entire world dealt with at the time. All that being said, I would 100% go with these guys again - being a designer, they allowed me to customize some of the floor plan, choose a handful of different custom options, and worked with my family tremendously as we relocated across the country. They are honest builders and lay it all out up front. They definitely do not compromise on quality as we still get constant compliments on our home, even from our neighbors who had different builders. 5 stars over here, best custom home builders in Waco.

The Russ Davis team was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. We have lived in our home 2 months now and have had some minor issues that the team came to resolve next day. All of the local vendors they collaborated with have been helpful and available. The quality of their work is significantly better than other builders in the same price range. Would definitely recommend RDH to a friend!
