Jonathon & his son are the dream team! They completely remodeled our shower, and we are so excited for them to work on our other one. They were always timely, respectful, communicative, and trustworthy (which is priceless). They were easy to work with when tile was delayed, and we trusted them to work in our home while we were gone for vacation. They completely exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them to anyone!!

After several years of searching for the right person, we hired Jonathan to restore an 1800’s log cabin in the Flatonia area. Due to the unique nature of the project, we felt we needed someone who not only had an extensive knowledge of construction, but was a problem solver and willing to learn about the original construction methods used to build the cabin. Jonathan was the perfect choice for the project!Jonathan and his team have been professional, hard-working and very communicative during the project. We live out of town, and he was great about sending progress photos and updating us weekly. He also expertly facilitated work with other trades involved with the project. There were many decisions to make during the reconstruction process and Jonathan helped steps us through pros and cons along the way and was flexible as decisions were made.I would highly recommend him for a new build, remodel or for the restoration of a historic structure!

Working with Jon was a dream come true. It started with a leaking roof and it ended up a complete outer house build. I will remember the things I learned during this project. I would call on him again. Good people and great work!!!

Jon converted my two-stall garage into a living area during the winter of 2017-2018.* A hole in the ceiling was repaired. The attic door was removed and replaced. A wall was built around that door creating a storage room which encloses about 20% of the total area.* The two opposing side walls received rockwool insulation and drywall.* Where the garage door had been a wall was built. The inner portion is 2”x4” boards, ZIP sheathing, rockwool insulation, and drywall. The outer portion is a brick ledge topped by queen-sized bricks. That wall contains three windows, an exterior door, and a storm door.* Inside, the walls and ceiling received several coats of paint. Crown molding was installed. Schluter Ditra uncoupling membrane was attached to the concrete floor followed by 18”x18” porcelain tiles set in a diamond pattern. Baseboard tiles finished it up.It has become my favorite room in the house. While indoors I spend at least half my waking hours there.
