We bought a home with Ravenna Homes earlier this year and we were extremely happy with our purchase. Casey, the builders sales rep, was great. She was kind, experienced, and always willing to help. We loved the Ravenna Home... the high ceilings, the grand entrance, and the quality of work. We love life here in the Highlands and recommend Ravenna and Casey to any and all looking to move.

We absolutely love our new home. We shopped many builders and different developments, we felt Ravenna was higher in quality than others and the workmanship really shows. They resolved even the most minor issues prior to move in and the construction manager followed up after move in to make sure we were no issues that needed attention. The sales consultant, Casey, was a real pleasure to work with. She was very professional and guided us through the process. The mortage company that Ravenna partnered with was incredible, they performed a miracle and got us financed with a non-conventional loan in very short period of time, which saved us and the home builder alot of money. The entire team worked hard to get the deal done. We would not hesitate recommend them and use them in the future.

From the moment we walked in the Ravenna Model home in The Highlands we were hooked. We loved the entertainment friendly layout of the house the high ceilings and excellent finishes. We then met Jenny, the rep, and made a new friend not just someone trying to sell a home. She was and has continued to be awesome to work with. Our close was a quick one and she worked some long hours to make it happen. We bought a home near the soon to be build amenities center and met the Ravenna project manager on our home, Matthew and one of the other PMs Dale who have had to deal with our perfectionism but always in a gracious manner. We were looking for just the right style home in a development that really promoted a sense of community. We found both in our Ravenna home and in The Highlands.

Im a realtor in the North Houston area, and I just cannot say enough great things about Jenny and the entire Ravenna team. Any time I have a buyer interested in purchasing, Jenny is my go to person. She is the consummate professional and offers a wealth of knowledge given her years of experience in this business. That makes all of the difference even with the most selective clients. Jenny is thoughtful, detailed-oriented and very communicative! She truly cares for her clients, and it shows in everything she does. Ravenna is one of my favorite builders....period. I love the quality, unique floor plans, value proposition and the stunning tall ceilings. They are to die for. I could spot a Ravenna home out of any line up. There is nothing else like them on the market. I will most certainly be bringing more clients to visit.

We have been searching for the right builder for us for a long time. The moment we stepped in the Ravenna model home, we were impressed. Jenny Albritton and the entire team (Lauren, Matt and Dale) of Ravenna Homes have assisted us during the process. Building a home is not easy and it really takes a team. Though there are some mishaps, they have fixed and delivered them to our satisfaction. Overall, we are happy with the quality of the home and will recommend Ravenna to our clients, family and colleagues. Kudos to ALL of you!

I cannot stop talking about my amazing experience working with Jenny and Ravenna Homes in The Highlands! Jenny was always smiling and friendly, professional, answered all questions my clients and I had, no matter the time of day, and was truly a joy to work with. The builders also did a great job answering questions throughout the build process and built a gorgeous home my clients will love for years to come.
