As a realtor, I have visited many builders, but I didn’t know about Ravenna Homes. I put my contact information into the Artavia website, and I received a call from Giovanni Molina, the sales consultant of Ravenna Homes. He told me that I needed to visit his model home and that I wasn’t going to regret it. And so, I went with my clients. We were impressed with the quality of the home. The house is beautiful. Also, we are thankful for Giovanni, he is a very good sales man. He always has a good attitude, he is always ready to help, and most importantly he speaks different languages, so he immediately changed the language when talking to my clients which made them feel even more confortable. Builder: One of the best quality in building material and unique features in a home you wont see anywhere else. Open Layout is the main word for the model home at Artavia. Wonderful product they have here at Ravenna and I highly recommend.Consultant: Giovanni is one of the most genuine person I have met at a builders model home. Hes super optimistic and answer all of the questions we had, pertaining to the home. Gio is all about the details, so dont hold back on the questions. He will literally answer them all and some more! I love it! Ask for Giovanni when you visit this community next.

Not only he is very knowledgeable of his product, homes and community, but he is involved in all the home buying process and communicates with us agents at every stage of the transaction. We were looking in different master-planned communities, and at different builders to find something that fits our family needs. Ravenna homes have the best bang for the buck, very beautiful homes at a great value.Mr Molina is, hands down, one of the best sales professional weve experienced. Although we came right near closing time, he greeted us with a big smile and welcomed us in ( even gave our kids refreshments and cold treats, since it was so hot outside!). He was very approachable, very comfortable to talk to, and gave detailed answers about build materials/quality and warranties, before we could ask any. We did not feel pressured in any way. He is definitely a VIP to any builder/developer.

These homes here are the true definition of luxury. The community is beautiful covered with trees and natural spaces. Ravenna is one of my favorite builders. Every corner and every detail of their houses is accounted for. The materials they use to build these homes are the real thing and not imitations. The sales rep Giovanni is very knowledgeable, charismatic, and a just a great salesman and person all around. If you are looking for a luxury home in North Houston, look no further. This is what you have been looking for.

What a gorgeous home, Ravenna has a great price for the quality. I wish they had lake front lots. Their model home is spectacular - quality can be seen trough the home.The sales man Giovanni is such a Class A gentleman. Please get some lake lots!!
