We hired Rave to do a full addition on our home in Flower Mound. The project included removing the entire west wall of our home,an entirely new kitchen,a Mother-in-Law suite, and additional bathroom and half bath. They worked with the town of Flower Mound from start to finish on every aspect of permitting and inspection. Out of the four General contractors that we interviewed,only two of them were going to pull permits, and we wanted to hire a company that would do things the right way. We’ve been through major remodels before,nothing to this extent. We were making a very large investment into our home and were nervous about the process.A few weeks into the project,milestones were being hit,materials continued to be delivered, and we felt at ease. We encountered a few delays here and there,which we feel is pretty normal in construction, but we absolutely hired the right company for our project. We liked that the owner lives in Flower Mound. They asked if we would be willing to give a review, and we were happy to. 10 out of 10 would recommend this company for any project small or large. They delivered above or expectations.

We had a jack&jill bathroom renovation done by Rave Renovations. It was THE BEST experience weve ever had with contractors. The project was on time, on budget and of excellent quality. The project lead was fantastic at communicating about progress and promptly brought any questions (for clarification) to my attention. He even indulged my request (with excellent results) for a creative lighting addition. We are so pleased with the entire process!

Rave Renovations is a top quality company. Ive used them for several projects including Quartz countertops throughout the whole house, custom cabinets, and a bathroom shower remodel. They get the job done with not only high quality materials and workmanship, but in a timely manner too! Will use again!

We hired Rave to fix the kitchen in our surprise fixer-upper, and they were able to take the jumbled nonsense in my head and deliver a beautiful and functional kitchen on time and under budget. Literally the last week they were here buttoning up the punch list, one of our water heaters failed and flooded two of the bathrooms. Todd jumped into action, shutting off the water to the house and attaching a hose to drain the unit into the sink and by the end of the day they had a plumber on site helping us fix that mess. Of course, then they renovated all four of our bathroom - which also came with several emergencies along the way (did I mention its a surprise fixer-upper?), all of which were handled so calmly and efficiently that they felt like they werent very big problems after all. This fall, theyll be rebuilding our patio as well as various other things on a long list of Finally Finishing the House and I have confidence that those projects will be just as smooth as the previous ones.

This team did a great job with much attention to detail. Anytime we flagged something, they had already noticed it and made plans to correct it. The final product was great, and we are very happy we chose them for our bathroom remodel.

When a large freeze hit DFW in Spring of 2021 we had a pipe bust while we werent home and flood our whole home. As soon as we got home and realized what happened we made a call to Troy Bishop. He came over, helped us get the water turned off to the house and immediatley got a team to work drying everything out. Unfortunately most of the house couldnt be saved. We pretty much had the entire downstairs torn down to the studs and most of the upstairs as well where the pipe busted. Troy ended up rennovating our entire home. His team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of during this process and that everything came out beautiful, on schedule and on budget. I would use Troy and Rave Renovations again in a heart beat for any and all renovation work.
