We worked with Stephen at ProReal, and he was extremely professional and kept us updated daily regarding the progress of our kitchen remodel, including sending us photos while my wife and I were at work during the day, which we loved. This was our first project in our first home, so we were new to the process and somewhat nervous. Stephen recognized that and tailored a communication style that was easy for us for understand and made us feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. The remodel went as well and as quickly as it possibly could have, without any kind of headache that you typically hear about with some contractors. We love our new kitchen and we’re already thinking about additional projects around the house. Our next call will be to Stephen and ProReal! Cannot recommend them enough. -

We used ProReal for our first ever kitchen remodel before we moved into our new home in Murphy and could not have been happier with our experience! Stephen was so helpful during the quoting process, demo/design/build process, and any follow up questions we had after. Stephen picked up our appliances and tiles which saved us a lot of time since we lived far from the house. Once we save up a bit more money, we’ll definitely come back to Stephen for our next home project! -

Really, 5 stars. I look a little side-eyed at straight up 5 star reviews.Kitchen upgrade. Stephen found a remnant quartz counter that saved us $$. Electrical upgrade needs were more after we got into it. Taken care of, no drama. Communication was first class, the crews were pro, no messing around. On my first-call list for the next one! -

We have had horrible experiences with contractors, including having one contractor stealing our money and not doing the work. Our neighbors recently had ProRealDFW do some updates in their home so we were a bit skeptical to deal with another contractor. We can not tell you enough how pleased and grateful we are to this contractor company. Stephen and his team were always ontime, responsive, professional and absolutely did a perfect job with our kitchen upgrades. We will never ever use any other contractor because we feel ProRealDFW will always deliver exactly what we are wanting for our home upgrades. ProReal TX does a great job. They have remodeled several houses I have sold and always did such a wonderful job. Because of their work these homes always fetched a high price and sold quickly. They have also put in floor tile in my kitchen, back entry and bathroom, replaced my wrought iron fence, and retaining wall. It all looks great. They are easy to work with and want to make sure the customer is happy. Give them a call for your next home improvement job and you will be glad you did. -
