Living the Dream in Presswoods with Billies Help!We just moved into our new home in Presswoods, and I couldnt be happier! From the very beginning, the entire experience with DR Horton and especially Billie Rodgers, our salesperson, was fantastic.Billie was a gem. She was patient and understanding as we explored different floorplans (there are some great options at Presswoods!), and never pushy. She really listened to what we were looking for in a home and helped us find the perfect fit. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way!

Presswood is located of Higway 69 north of Houston, which is one of the few places where you will be able to find affordable housing.If you are a buyer shopping in Houston, Texas, in need of affordable housing, the place to purchase is Presswoods.Its just a 20-minute drive to Houston Intercontinental Airport, near key highways.Best of all, it is a well-built home, energy efficient, tank less water heater, radiant barrier, double pane vinyl windows, gas stove, gas heating, LED lights, and many other features that most builders at that price point will not have.So if you are a first-time home buyer, dont let other builders get you into a cookie cutter home with no energy efficiency features, the easiest way to catch them is open the attic stairs and look at the plywood sustaining the roof, if it has a silver like aluminum foil material, that is Tech-shield, most of the other builders dont use it, then expect a very high electrical bill.Express Homes uses Tech-shield in all their homes and many other energy features that will help you keep Benjamin Franklins in your pocket.The sales team at Presswood is very ethical and professional, and everything is backed up by an awesome warranty team.
