My wife Elaine and I had a book full of custom notes and designs from years of thought about how we would like to build our dream home when we became empty nesters. Then we were fortunate enough to find Prescher Custom Homes to turn all of those notes and designs into reality. Lisa, Michael and each of their vendors was a joy to work with, and we always felt confident and secure as we partnered with each to finalize decisions. Integrity, timeliness, courtesy and quality would be good descriptors of their team….and I would gladly let them build our next home should we ever get the urge. Kevin Tulley

We absolutely loved our build process with Prescher Custom Homes. They genuinely care about their work and the people living in the homes. They are very reasonably priced, and the build process from start to finish was very smooth and quick. We’ve been in our home for 4 years now and have absolutely no regrets with any of our build. We will be using Mike and Lisa again in the future. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to use them too!
