The community looks nice but read the reviews, a lot of people have horror stories on new homes, their warranty is useless if they dont respond back to you or fix your issues. We opted out of buying a house here due to the reviews. -

My wife and I bought our house right before COVID-19 hit. Everyone has been amazing. Courtney at the front office and our builder Ty have been responsive, timely and easy accessible. We highly recommend living in Polo Ranch. -

The houses may not be the most luxurious or the best construction, but you do get a lot of house for the money. The subdivision is lovely, lots of trees, quiet and peaceful and great neighbours. Love Fulshear. -
