    I absolutely love Perry Homes. This model home is exactly what I want for my home. I love everything about this home. The upgrades. It’s spacious. I used my only day off to go house shopping & my friend, he took me here and I fell in love with this home. 🏡 praying that my daughter and myself will get into our very own Perry Home soon 😍 I’m so excited and praying for a smooth and easy process!

    My Perry home is the best of 3 properties I’ve ever owned. What (very) minor issues I had after purchase and move-in were immediately addressed by the builders. This team is educated, skilled in their craft, friendly, and just some of the best people to do business with.

    I love selling Perry Homes in San Antonio and working with Destiny Lara. She’s very professional, always smiling and thinking about my buyers all the time. One thing I love about working with her is her constant communication updating me on my buyer’s home progress and her willingness to resolve any issue that may arise in the building process. She and I have been working together since 2017. This community is a growing community offering great amenities and goes to a very good school district. Perry builds a great solid home because they’re Texas builders who knows our weather and the quality of work they do is outstanding.     We just moved into our new awesome home 2 weeks ago.     Ive always been a fan of Perry Homes, mine was built in 2008! However, as a real estate broker, Ive been able to help my clients purchase a lot of new homes over the years, and Perry continues to stand out. Destiny is a fantastic sales counselor, she goes above and beyond to make sure that her customers are taken care of! Home building is a human business, and theres no such thing as a perfect house or a perfect build...its how the homebuilder remedies these little things along the way, and after the sale. Destiny is responsive and takes care of us!

    Let me start off by saying I’m very picky. I visited quite a few builders and wasn’t impressed. Perry has some beautiful homes but what stuck with me the most was how enthusiastic and professional Bricia was during my visit. She went into great detail about every aspect of the home and the area, so much that I walked out having gone into contract! Her eagerness to walk me through the building process has not wavered, despite me being a headache at times. I honestly don’t think I would’ve bought my house had it not been for her devotion to help her clients. Her work ethic will make your experience of buying a home a breeze.
