We started our process of finding a new home builder in the New Braunfels, Texas area in July 2020. We met Julie Northcutt with Perry Homes for the first time as we looked at models in the Veramendi area. From the first time we met her we were impressed with her professionalism and approach. We then narrowed things down to three builders in October 2020. In preparation for our trip to Texas from Omaha, Nebraska, we sent each builder a list of questions. Julie was the only one who not only responded to all of our questions in detail, but also did a video of the home with her pointing things out to refresh our memory. This was greatly appreciated by us! We then met with all three builders and it was clear that Julie and her approach with Perry Homes was clearly above and beyond our experiences with the others. We made a decision to build a home with Perry Homes based on our experience with Julie and the neighborhood. When you are building a home from 915 miles away, you are obviously a little anxious about things. Julie has continued to go above and beyond all the way through the process including videoing our lot, and sending video updates as the building process started. She is always responsive to all questions and extremely helpful! I was in sales leader ship positions with two major insurance companies for most of my 39 year career. My wife and I told Julie that she is exactly the type of person I would’ve been looking for on my team! She does an outstanding job of representing a Perry Homes! Julie has also introduced us to Sean Smith who is our project manager for our home. He has also been doing a great job of keeping us up-to-date.
