I recently had the pleasure of visiting Perry Homes at Ventana, and I absolutely fell in love with the community! Ive always been impressed with the beautifully designed and well-crafted homes that Perry has to offer, but Ventana truly stands out. The spacious floorplans and quality finishes in each home provide the perfect blend of comfort and style. I visited with Amy Benton and her passion for the community was evident in every detail she shared with me. I am very much looking forward to recommending the Ventana community to my clients!

Perry Homes & Colton Green was wonderful to work with. Colton was very responsive anytime we had a question & the entire Perry team has been so helpful answering questions. My husband & I have built several homes & we are very pleased with the workmanship and attention to details Perry puts into their design.
