Both personally and professionally I have worked with several builders in the North Texas area. We built our personal home with Perry and could not be happier with the whole process. Christy in the office was extremely helpful. The building team, Randy, Rafael and Jesse were amazing. Up until the date we closed and even after closing, Jesse and Randy have gone above and beyond for any requests we have asked of them. They respond promptly and get things resolved very quickly, more than any other builders I have worked with. Their attention to detail and friendliness go far above expectations. I feel more than comfortable recommending Perry, and specifically this building team, to any friend or client who is looking to build!

Perry Homes in Trinity Falls is a fantastic builder and continues to fulfill their commitment to our community. We had been in our home 2 1/2 years when we noticed a leak that was coming into our home and doing some damage. I contacted Perry through our warranty and Jesse Webb was assigned to be our construction manager throughout the process. Even though we were past the 2 year warranty, he and his bosses wanted to make it right. Jesse has coordinated all the work, kept us informed, and fixed everything in a timely manner. Extremely impressed with Jesse and Perry Homes! They are the best!

This is our first home and we are so glad that we chose Perry Homes. I am really happy with their exceptional service from beginning till the completion of the home. It’s a pleasure to work with Cristy. She is incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to help us through out the process. We had an amazing team working in the house. Randy, the project manager , Reece and Rafael, construction managers were very transparent, from the beginning till the end. We got weekly updates and quick answers when we had questions along the process. And they delivered more than we expected. Extremely happy about their work.Thank you Perry homes. We are happy that we chose you to build our dream home.

I will never buy another home that is not Perry. The process was fantastic from Jordan B, sales personnel to Jordan P. are phase construction manager and Randy the construction manager, I felt like they were about to move in due to the amount of detail and insight they gave on the property. They worked endlessly to meet my needs and beyond, from answer questions late hours and willingness to work with my work schedule. Thank you guys.

This being a second experience purchasing a new construction home, I can say our experience in working with Perry Homes has been nothing short of amazing. Cristy and Ericka went above and beyond to assist us every step of the way. They were devoted to finding us the best options, patient with our 1000 questions, informative (even answering our texts after hours as we weighed our decision). I can say they were overall personally willing to do everything possible to make our purchase exciting and successful. Thank you Perry Homes and Team! We are now happy home owners at Trinity Falls and enjoying moving into our new home this week.

Amazing experience, Randy Tapia was so great and detailed in the overall process. Him and his team did an amazing job. Our sales person Cristy Simpson is awesome as well, she guided us in the entire process making feel worry free.
