My recent visit to the Perry Homes model homes at The Groves in Humble, TX, was a very positive experience. While I wasnt quite ready to move forward with a new build at that moment, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had about the building process. It was clear they were genuinely interested in finding the right home for me, not just making a quick sale.The model homes themselves were also very impressive. The designs were well-thought-out and functional, and the interior decorating was excellent. It was easy to envision myself living in one of these beautiful homes. The Groves community itself also seemed like a great place to live, with plenty of amenities and a convenient location.Overall, I would highly recommend Perry Homes at The Groves to anyone looking for a new construction home in the Humble area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the homes are beautiful, and the community seems great.
