My wife and I recommend Perry Homes to anyone looking for a new home! The service we’ve gotten from start to finish has been amazing. Bethany, on the sales side for the Sweetgrass community, has been super friendly, and she made the buying process a breeze. Josh, one of our project managers, is constantly checking in on us to make sure everything with the house is still good and no warranties need to be submitted. He’s also had an answer or a contact for any extra services we’ve wanted to look into. For the small warranty item we have had to submit, they’ve been super quick to get someone out to fix it, and we haven’t had any trouble with it since. Big shout out to Perry Homes and their team over in Sweetgrass!
