I fell in love with Perry homes the moment I walked into their model home. I looked at several of their communities and each of them had different options to offer. Kristian Davila helped me with my home purchase and I canβt rave enough about her; she was very patient with me and knowledgeable of the product. Kristian also demonstrated she had my best interest in mind. The process was extremely smooth and I was able to move into my Perry home within 20days after contracting. Huge thanks to Kristian and the team over at Perry homes for helping me find my dream home. -

I cant say enough great things about Kristian Davilla. She is very knowledgeable about Perry Homes and always goes above and beyond for her clients. Working on her days off to staying after hours. I highly recommend!! 10/10 all day! -
