I have had multiple interactions with Tracy Faultry of Perry Homes. Though I know her personally, she never waivers on being the consummate professional. If the current offerings in her current community somehow arent viable for my clients, she never hesitates to introduce options in other Perry communities. She is also great at connecting you with her counterparts in alternate communities through her cordial warm transfer. As a result, I have had multiple transactions with Perry Homes, all with or through Tracy. Service excellence is her mantra and she lives it! Always a pleasure working with this pleasant, knowledgeable professional!

If you are going to purchase a home please see Tracy Faultry. She is awesome. She assisted me with finding a new home. She listened to all the things I wanted and did not want in and showed me the perfect one. My experience with her from start to finish was great. Any concerns I had, she always assured me it would be taken care of. He really made this home buying experience easy for me.
