Because of that, I wanted to take a quick minute to say what a great job Jordan Brewer does for Perry Homes in Mustang Lakes. He is professional, very relatable and makes the home building experience fun for everyone involved. He has become a trusted partner in the home building experience, and I never have to worry about how my clients will be treated. He communicates regularly on the progress, is upfront about the status of the build and celebrates the milestones along the way. Jordan is first class and I am always proud to bring my buyers to him. -

Recently my husband and I had the pleasure of touring one of your homes. At the time we had not decided on a definite location to buy, but after meeting with Mr. Blake Lundry and looking at one of your homes, we are convinced a Perry Home is definitely for us. He was very personable and professional, and also helpful in pointing out all the features of the home. Some things we would not have thought to look for. Too bad he wouldnt be our neighbor! Really a nice guy who knows his business and seems to enjoy it. -

I’ve had at least 6 homes built including one custom. One thing that I’ve learned is that no new home is perfect. There are always some issues that come up. Although my Perry Home still has at least 8 weeks to go, I can honestly say the experience so far has been excellent. My sales Professional, Jordan Brewer, has been a key figure in my excellent experience so far. He texts me weekly on the progress on my home with pics! ( Even answering one of my questions via text on his honeymoon!) Everyone involved including Andres Jasso and Sean Hardy have made sure that communication is always available. Make sure to ask for Jordan, @ Mustang Lakes, Celina when searching for your new Perry Home. The best Sales Professional out there! -

It has been a true blessing to serve my clients with Perry Homes in this beautiful community, Mustang Lakes. Jordan Brewer, a sales professional at Perry Homes and his team went above and beyond, more than they were supposed to do, better than we expected, and truly helped my clients dream come true. In this insane construction market of 2021, when we are all hectic, and overwhelmed, the builder didnt have to work in that way... but Jordan just showed what real professionalism is and he truly served my clients the way they deserve. 2021 construction market was tough but Jordan made it possible for my clients to enjoy building their new home. -

My wife and I have been shopping for just the right home and area to start our family.From the moment you drive into this community you can really tell it shines. Everything is manicured and prepared with immense purpose and you can tell there is a lot of pride that went into the development of everything from the outdoor amenities to the multiple floor plans this place has something to offer anyone wishing to live a quieter life yet being within a stones throw of the convenience of the city.We were met by a lovely young woman named Catherine who gave us quite a bit of helpful information and offered to show us around. Were still in the research phase of our decision-making process so we didnt want to take up to much of her time but she seemed very well informed and knowledgeable about the property. This community is high up on our list and we will definitely be revisiting once weve narrowed our options.Catherine thank you for all the help. Well be seeing you soon! -

My family and I are new to the area and had heard great things about Mustang Lakes, we were looking forward to viewing the home. We were beyond impressed with the layout, neighborhood, and all the amenities it has to offer. Catherine was terrific, she was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all our questions. If youre looking to relocate to the Celina area, I would strongly recommend visiting Mustang Lakes. -
