I figured I’d give it a year before writing a review as most builders promise the world and then ghost you after moving in. This wasn’t the case with the Perry team in Meyer Ranch. From sales to construction and Warranty; they have been extremely responsive. Luis and Ryan Ross build well crafted homes with attention to detail. I would absolutely buy another Perry home in the future.

Purchasing/building a home is one of the biggest investments anyone makes in their lifetime. My experience with Perry Homes in Meyer Ranch has been superlative in every aspect; why you may ask? From initial contract, through contract signing and throughout the construction process and into closing and move-in day, the people of Perry Homes have been excellent with communications, updates and answering questions throughout the process. But wait, theres more ... service after the sale speaks volumes about a business integrity and culture. As I approach my 4th month living in my new Perry Home the Meyer Ranch team remains in close contact to resolve any issues that have come to my attention. Bottom line, their people care about what they do and strive to make a personal connection to continue that exceptional delivery of service. Were I to be in the market to build again in the area, I would definitely go with the Perry Homes team again!
