I’ve had the honor working with Sandeep not just as a client buying a personal home but also as a lender for one of his clients. I’m a mortgage broker in Houston, and I’ve worked with many builders sales rep all over. And unfortunately some take days to respond or just ignore stuff. Sandeep picked up the phone, called me back, emailed me quickly. He got stuff done. I’ve witnessed it as a lender and as a client. Building/buying a home is stressful, but it’s not as bad when you have a good person working with you. I would highly suggest Sandeep to anyone who wants to buy a Perry home.

Best neighborhood, 27-30 minutes to downtown. so much growth and safe. They need to get their HOA or city or builders or developers to put more light on meridiana pkwy esp going to highway 6. so much nice walk ways you can only use during the day as its so dark and scary at night. you need to drive out out for grocery though. Fancy- has its own elementary, middle and high school.
