Just awesome! It was as if Ron Burke was reading my mind. I walked in, Ron introduced himself. I introduced myself. I mentioned what I was most interested in. I walked through the model home and by the time I was through Ron had prepared for me a packet with EVERYTHING and then some regarding the homes I inquired about. I’m so impressed and very encouraged to begin this homebuying process with Perry Homes!

The model homes at Perry Homes Meridiana are elegantly designed, open floor plan, tons of natural light, and had nice finishes. Alejandro Carbonell helped me while I was there, and he was very professional and provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable of the various materials that were used in the homes along with the different floor plans and completion dates. I would recommend anybody to buy a Perry Home and to work with Alejandro.

Hmm, where do I begin? So, my realtor, Lauren Moreland, sent me to an open house, but no one was there to show the home. As we were leaving she called me and said please go by the office, so we did before exiting the community. Thank God we did! We were created the brightest smile and warmest welcoming energy received thus far. It was Ms. Kamala, “like Pamela but with a K”! She was so kind and all I can say is that I’m glad my realtor called to get us a in to view the home! Kamala was extremely thorough in explaining everything and locked us in with a deal we could not resist. She did not judge by my appearance and instantly starting conversing as if we were longtime friends or relatives. It is small details like this that customers appreciate from sales reps. Instantly I felt as if I was home and the house was mine. She worked diligently with my realtor to obtain documents required for my outside lender even on her weekend days. All I can say is that the process went smoothly even when there was minor bumps along the way. Kamala is an amazing asset to Perry and her professionalism and wisdom in her background/ area of expertise helps to make her stand out in this field. The stars aligned for me January 15th and I am grateful they did. Much like her 10/10 rule on a scale of 1-10, Kamala is no doubt a 10/10!Thank you Perry for a pleasant, professional and personable experience! I love my home and am ecstatic about this purchase!
